Bowls of Butternut Squash soup
Butternut Squash soup is one of my all-time favorite comfort foods. I make it all the time!!! I just love the warm, savory, buttery taste of the soup!  And, to add more flavor to the recipe I use coconut milk. This combination is surprisingly delicious and lighter than the original! This recipe is the essence of the idea for a classic and fresh dish, delicious and easy to prepare. You can always use frozen butternut squash but just go for freshness! And, believe me, you’ll love that!
