Return Information
We take great pride in 100% customer satisfaction. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return an item for a refund to your original payment method. We've outlined the following guidelines to help make your return a smooth and seamless experience. 
A few items can't be returned, including:
  •    ° Clearance or final sale items (unless damaged or defective). 
  •    ° Gifts cards
  •    ° Items you have already assembled.

    If an item is final sale and not eligible for return, that information will be noted on the product page. Any item eligible for return must be sent back to us in the same condition you received it and within 07 (seven) days of the date it was delivered to you. Please request a return by clicking on the "Return Item" button for your order.
    Because refunds will not be issued in full for items damaged in return shipping or returns that are never received, we highly recommend that you ensure all return shipments and provide support@ndt.design with the shipment tracking number.

    Refund Information
    You can return an item for a refund to your original payment method. We will begin issuing your refund once we have received notification that you have returned your item.  Please allow up 5-10 business days for us to process and inspected your return, and issue your refund.
    If you still having any questions about the status of your return, refund, or need instructions on how to return an item, please contact our team: support@ndt.design. Please have your account information handy and allow up to 48 hours for an email response.

    Damaged & Defective Products
    Defective and damaged product may not be returned for refund, replacement only. You will receive a replacement of the same item at no cost. 
      
    Cancellation Policy
     An order may be cancelled as long as the request is made within 30 minutes of your purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot honor cancellation request made after 30-minute window. Contact support@ndt.desing if you have any question.
